Positive: The view from the ocean front rooms (only) is stunning - all you see if the Caribbean The staff appear friendly and there are a lot of them, but if you raise any concerns then the attention to customer service and satisfaction is tepid, at best.
Negative: The food offering is very limited and pretty poor quality There are very few premium spirits - and most of the mixers are vat tapped The hotel is open to the public on certain days and the restaurant becomes a canteen The sun-beds and beach towels are of very cheap quality and past their best The beach has been seriously eroded by storms (beyond the hotel's control of course) but this means there is a tiny beach now Some of the rooms (spa-side) have been refurbished and are very good quality - many of the rooms on the main site side need an upgrade.
Summary: If you get a cheap deal to stay out of season then this hotel is ok - high season not worth it
